What is the NeoOffice Early Access Program?
The NeoOffice project is funded entirely by donations from our users. Since over half of our donations come from a small percentage of our users, the NeoOffice Early Access Program is a way for us to thank our most generous donors by allowing them to download a NeoOffice release before the official release date.
Users who donate a total of US$25 (or €19 or £15 or CA$29 or AU$31) or more will automatically become NeoOffice 3.1.1 Early Access Program Members and will be allowed to download the NeoOffice 3.1.1 Beta release from the NeoOffice Early Access Program download page.
Any donations made on or after 11 May 2009 until 11 May 2010 - the end of the current Early Access Program - will automatically be counted. So if you want to participate in the current Early Access Program, but you have donated less than the minimum amount, you can qualify simply by donating anytime before 11 May 2010. Please note that your membership will expire at the end of the NeoOffice 3.1.1 Early Access Program and any donations made after that date will apply to the next Early Access Program.
Very generous users who donate a total of US$50 (or €38 or £30 or CA$58 or AU$62) or more during the same time period will automatically become NeoOffice 3.x Early Access Program Subscribers. In addition to being members in the current Early Access Program, NeoOffice 3.x Early Access Program Subscribers will also be members in the Early Access Program for every future NeoOffice 3.x release.
When can Early Access Program Members download NeoOffice 3.1.1 Beta?
Starting on 6 April 2010, NeoOffice 3.1.1 Early Access Program Members will be able to download the latest release from the NeoOffice Early Access Program download page. Starting on 11 May 2010, all users will be able to download NeoOffice 3.1.1 for free.
How do existing NeoOffice 2.x Early Access Program Subscribers download NeoOffice 3.1.1 Beta?
Starting on 6 April 2010, those who purchased a NeoOffice 2.x Early Access Program Subscription in a past NeoOffice Early Access Program will be able to download the latest release from the NeoOffice Early Access Program download page. However, if you only purchased a NeoOffice 2.0 Alpha, Aqua Beta, 2.1, 2.2.1, or 3.0 Early Access membership, your membership ended when that Early Access Program period ended.
Do donations or purchases made before 11 May 2009 count?
Yes. Any users whose past donations and purchases equal or exceed any of amounts for any of the time periods listed in the following table will automatically become a NeoOffice 3.x Early Access Program Subscriber:

When can I download NeoOffice 3.1.1 for free?
Starting on 11 May 2010, all users will be able to download NeoOffice 3.1.1 for free.
